  - never arrange to meet ANYONE they met online.

  - never give their name, address, age, gender, school attended, cell number or

     home number or any personal information to anyone online.
  - never upload pictures of themselves to any website.

  - never enter chat rooms where obscene, vulgar, threatening, harassing or

    demeaning posts are entered.

  - never argue under any circumstance online with another online user.

 

Also,

Contact your local law enforcement if your child is receiving threats online, being harassed, solicited for in person meetings, or sent a sexually explicit photo or being requested to send one to them.
